Our Special Projects team was born out of ‘specialized business' which require unique property skill sets to be applied to particular projects that fall outside the traditional property pathways.

One of our skill sets in this area is the ability to quickly evolve and adapt to the changing requirements of the project. In our experience, at a project’s inception where the client has provided a brief, sometimes this can be under scoped, Wilson Hurst prides itself on highlighting these omissions and as the project progresses providing a solution to the client to ensure the integrity of the project delivery is maintained.

Our prime focus when undertaking a new project involves actively listening to and understanding the often complex objectives and requirements of our clients; tailoring our services to meet their strategic priorities with emphasis on cost efficiencies, accountability and transparency through the life of the project.
